Payment Gateways Setup

Explore the process of adding, managing, and configuring payment gateways to facilitate smooth transactions on your platform.

Add Payment Option:

  • Click on “Add Payment Option” to initiate the setup.
    • A popup screen will appear, displaying available payment options.
    • Select your preferred option(s) and click “Save” to add the gateways.

Manage Payment Gateways:

  • Use the kebab menu to enable/disable, delete, or edit payment gateways.
    • Access these options based on your specific requirements.

Gateway Configuration:

  • Each gateway has unique configurations.
    • Clicking the “Edit” button for a particular gateway will reveal specific settings.
    • Explore and adjust these settings according to your business needs.

Pay In Store Configuration:

Configure the “Pay In Store” payment gateway with ease using the following steps:

  1. Default Configuration:
    • While configuring, set “Pay In Store” as the default payment gateway if desired.
    • Select a specific shipping zone to apply this payment method.
  2. Detailed Information:
    • Provide detailed information for the “Pay In Store” payment gateway.
    • Include relevant details to help users understand this payment option.
  3. Visibility Settings:
    • Choose the visibility settings based on your preferences:
      • Everyone Can See
      • Customers Only
      • Selected Customers (Choose specific customers by clicking “Manage Customer”)
  4. Allowed for:
    • Specify where this payment gateway is allowed to be used:
      • Shipping
      • Delivery
      • Store Pickup
    • Choose from the options that best suit your business model. you can choose multiple options.

You will find the same configuration in Cheque, Money Order, Bank Deposit, Store Credit, Accounts Payable

PayPal Configuration

Configure the “PayPal” payment gateway seamlessly with the following steps:

  • Default Configuration:
    • While configuring, set “PayPal” as the default payment gateway if desired.
  • Mode Selection:
    • Choose the mode for your PayPal integration: “Testing” for testing purposes or “Live” for actual transactions.
  • PayPal Email Address:
    • Insert your PayPal Email Address for seamless payment processing.
  • Detailed Information:
    • Provide comprehensive details for the “PayPal” payment gateway to assist users in understanding this payment option.
  • Visibility Settings:
    • Choose the visibility settings based on your preferences:
      • Everyone Can See
      • Customers Only
      • Selected Customers (Choose specific customers by clicking “Manage Customer”)
  • Allowed for:
    • Specify where this payment gateway is allowed to be used:
      • Shipping
      • Delivery
      • Store Pickup
    • Choose from the options that best suit your business model. You can choose multiple options.
  • Surcharge Type:
    • Select the surcharge type to be applied: No Surcharge, Flat Surcharge, Percentage Surcharge, Surcharge On Amount Range.
  • Surcharge Configuration:
    • Depending on the selected surcharge type:
      • For “Flat Surcharge,” input the surcharge amount.
      • For “Percentage Surcharge,” set the percentage to be calculated on the total amount.
      • For “Surcharge On Amount Range,” configure surcharge ranges:
        • Click on “+Add Surcharge,” set the range (from and to), input the surcharge amount, and press “Add.” You can add multiple ranges.
  • Messages:
    • Add pending and success messages for clarity during pending and successful transactions.

Credit Card Configuration

Effortlessly configure the “Credit Card” payment gateway with the following steps:

  • Default Configuration:
    • While configuring, set “Credit Card” as the default payment gateway if desired.
  • Credit Card Processor:
    • Choose the Credit Card Processor from the list of installed processors. For this configuration, we are selecting “Stripe.”
  • Payment Type:
    • Select the payment type: Checkout and Direct.
    • Input the public key and private key provided by the selected processor.
  • Card Logo Type:
    • Choose between “Credit card” and “Custom.”
      • If “Credit card” is selected, you can check the form for a list of cards.
      • If “Custom” is selected, upload your desired card logo.
  • Shipping Zone:
    • Select a specific shipping zone to apply this payment method.
  • Detailed Information:
    • Provide comprehensive details for the “Credit Card” payment gateway to assist users in understanding this payment option.
  • Visibility Settings:
    • Choose the visibility settings based on your preferences:
      • Everyone Can See
      • Customers Only
      • Selected Customers (Choose specific customers by clicking “Manage Customer”)
  • Allowed for:
    • Specify where this payment gateway is allowed to be used:
      • Shipping
      • Delivery
      • Store Pickup
    • Choose from the options that best suit your business model. You can choose multiple options.
