Joining the WebCommander Partner Program
Joining the WebCommander Partner Program is a straightforward process. As a new partner, you can start the signup/registration process by providing your name, email address, and password. Once you have completed the signup process, you will be redirected to the Setup Wizard, where you can provide more information about your business and products.
New to WebCommander?
If you are new to WebCommander, you will receive a welcome email and be redirected to the partner portal dashboard, where you can create and upload your products. You will also need to verify your email address by clicking on a verification link sent to your email.
Already have a WebCommander account?
If you already have a WebCommander account but are new to the Partner Program, you will be notified that your email address is already registered. You can log in using your existing email and password and then go through the Setup Wizard before receiving a welcome email for the Partner Program.
Already a member of the Partner Program?
If you have both a WebCommander account and are already a member of the Partner Program, you can simply log in and be redirected to the partner portal dashboard.
Forgot your password?
If you forget your password, you can easily reset it using the password reset functionality provided by the system.

Setup Wizard
As a new partner in our program, you’ll be required to set up your account by completing a setup wizard. This wizard will guide you through the process of setting up your account and provide you with a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
New User
If you’re a new user, you’ll need to sign up first and then complete the setup wizard, which includes a greetings page, business details, and address information. On the business details page, you’ll be able to insert information about your business, such as your business name, email, phone number, etc. On the address page, you’ll be able to insert your address information.
Existing User
If you’re an existing user, you can simply log in to access your dashboard. However, if you’re a new user but an existing customer of WC, you’ll need to log in and complete the setup wizard.
If you complete the sign-up but don’t finish the setup wizard, you’ll be taken back to the setup wizard screen when you log in again. Additionally, you can view our “Terms and Conditions” as a partner.
