Ratings and Reviews
Welcome to the “Ratings and Reviews” section of the WC Partner Help Center. In this documentation, we will guide you through the functionality that enables you to read and reply to reviews of your templates/plugins.
- To view the review section, navigate to the “Ratings and Reviews” tab on the template/ plugin details section.
- Review Summary: In the review section, you will see a summary section with the average rating and rating statuses. You will have the ability to view the total number of reviews and sort the reviews based on “Most Recent” or “All”.
- Viewing Reviews and Ratings:
You can view reviews and ratings by customers in the review section. Each review displays the reviewer’s picture, name, review date, rating, and review content. - Replying to Reviews:
You can reply to a specific review by clicking on the “Reply” button under the review. Each reply displays the plugin creator’s name, image, reply date, and content.
