As a partner, you can now add a payout option to receive payments for your services. You can add a payment method by providing your bank details and optional information and accessing your payout history. In this documentation, we will guide you on how to add, update and manage your payout options.
Adding a Payment Method:
To add a payment method, follow the steps given below:
- Log in to your account.
- To initiate a payout, simply click on the “Payout” button located in the sidebar menu.
- To add a payment method, simply select the “Add Payment Method” option.
- Please ensure that you provide the required information, including the account name, account number, and bank name for your banking details. These fields are mandatory.
- If you have any additional information, kindly share it with us. This may include the BSB code, Swift/BIC code, ABA routing number, and international banking account number. Providing this information will help us to process your request more efficiently.
- You must click on the “Save” button if you want to save your payment method.
Updating your Payment Method:
To update your payment method, follow the steps given below:
- To initiate a payout, simply select the “Payout” option from the sidebar menu.
- Please select the option labeled “Update”.
- It’s important to keep your bank details and optional information up-to-date. Take a moment to review and make any necessary changes.
- Click on the “Save” button to update your payment method.
Viewing your Payout History:
If you wish to access your payout history, simply follow the instructions outlined below:
- All you have to do is head over to the sidebar menu and click on “Payout”.
- Simply scroll down to the bottom of this page to access your payout history. It’s that effortless!
